Bill Of Sale

Buyer and seller agree to the following provisions of the sale:

All puppies are sold as pets only. All puppies are required to be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. All puppies are to be fed a premium puppy food till the age of one year. All puppies have Health Check up,  limited registration papers, have first shots and wormed to date. First shots only provide temporary protection.  A series of shots are needed until the age of 16 weeks old, and then yearly vaccines are required.  Buyer must prevent Fleas, Ticks, Heartworm hookworms and roundworm on a monthly basis with a product recommended by a licensed vet. In the event that the Buyer dose not abide by the above mentioned in any way, then all warranties included in the North Carolina state Lemon Law are null and void. Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) of receipt of the puppy. If the dog is determined to be unfit for purchase, buyer has one (1) Business days to contact seller after the veterinarian's determination That animal is unfit. A written certification signed by a licensed veterinarian of unfitness must be presented to seller not later than two (2) business days along with the puppy.  If the veterinarian certifies that, at the time of sale, the animal was Unfit for purchase due to a congenital or hereditary disorder that adversely effects the health of the puppy, seller offers buyer the following option: The right to return the animal and receive a refund of the purchase price, but excluding the veterinary costs related to the certification that the animal is unfit; seller reserves the right to have a second veterinarian of sellers choice to evaluate the dog's condition within ten (10) business days following Receipt of the animal before any refund will be issued. An animal may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the buyer takes possession of the animal. A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites is not grounds for declaring a dog unfit for sale unless the animal is clinically ill because of that condition.  Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is a serious health problem but is excluded from any warranty, as hypoglycemia is generally caused by to much activity and / or to little food, and this is within the buyers control. Under no conditions and at no time during the life of the dog will seller pay or assist in paying veterinary expenses after the dog is purchased, including any such expenses directly or indirectly related to any inheritable/genetic defects. .

Any and all modifications to this contract must be in writing and signed by all parties involved.

I understand the importance of keeping food and water available to the puppy and making sure he / she is indeed eating.

I understand the importance of not changing food brands for at least four weeks and then only to go up in food quality never down in food quality.

I understand the puppy will need a Second set of vaccines when he / she is 12 weeks of age.  This would be on or around (Date filled in). And than a third set of vaccines when he / she is 16 weeks this would be on or around (Date filled in).

I understand it is in the best interest of the puppy to have it spayed or neutered at the age of 16 weeks of age. This would be on or around (Date filled in).

I understand about Hypoglycemia I understand my puppy can die from Hypoglycemia If I let my puppy get over tired, chilled or I don't have high quality food and water available for him / her.  I also must make sure the puppy is eating.  I also understand Hypoglycemia is not a hereditary disorder or a sickness it is completely preventable as long as I give the puppy the proper care he / she needs.

I understand my puppy can get very sick if I take him / her outside and / or around other dogs, even for only one second. I understand it is in the best interest of my puppy to keep him / her away from other dogs until after he / she is finished with all his / her puppy vaccines.

My new puppy has been eating Taste of the Wild, and Chicken soup for the puppies soul.
